Dear Residents,
I am pleased to report Prospect Manor Residents Association has elected the New Committee for 2014. We now have 13 members and we are very lucky to have a great team of enthusiastic and hardworking volunteers. Each spring, we schedule our Annual Projects and thankfully, due to your constant support we are able to accomplish a great deal. I have listed below some important information.

Annual Projects and Dates for your calendars
  • Annual Clean Up Day – Sunday 23rd March 2014, 12pm to 4pm.
  • Annual Collection of Voluntary Subscription – March/April
  • Family Fun Day – Sunday 29th June 2014.
  • PMRA – AGM – November 2014
  • Prospect Manor Website Maintenance
  • Neighbourhood Watch and Crime prevention
  • Steam Cleaning of Front Pillars
  • Weekly Litter pickup throughout the Estate
  • Bi-monthly Newsletter
  • Grass Cutting on all main greens
  • Graffiti removal
  • Hedge & Tree Trimming / Bed Maintenance
  • Council Issues
  • Responding to Residents emails and providing our SMS messaging service to all.
This year we are hoping to address the issue of Traffic Calming within the area. Speeding has been an ongoing problem for parents of small children along with Residents trying to get out of driveways and side roads into oncoming speeding traffic. It is with everyone’s safety in mind that we are working with the Council in order to get proper road markings and possibly speed ramps in place. We will keep you updated on this issue through our newsletters.
PMRA is always looking for new volunteers, new ideas and suggestions on how to keep our area clean, tidy, safe and basically an area that we are proud of and enjoy living in. If you are inspired in any way to help out we would love to hear from you. All our Committee members can be contacted through this website.

Thank you for your support.
