Location & Directions
1. Travelling Southbound (Anti-Clockwise) on M50
Leave the M50 motorway at Junction 12 (signposted Knocklyon, Firhouse) Enter 60 km/h zone At the top of slip road, turn left (signposted Ballyboden, Knocklyon Road) . Go to Step 3 
2. Travelling Northbound (Clockwise) on M50
Leave the M50 motorway at Junction 12 (signposted Knocklyon, Firhouse) Enter 60 km/h zone At the top of slip road, turn right (signposted Scholarstown, Ballyboden). Cross bridge over M50 motorway. 
3. Coming from M50
You will come to a small roundabout, take 2nd exit (straight through) onto Scholarstown Road. The next roundabout you come to:- take the 3rd exit (signposted Scholarstown Road) onto old Scholarstown Road (tree-lined on right, houses on left). In about 400 metres, (at traffic lights) take first turn to the right (signposted Quaker House, Bloomfield, DSPCA, Glencree, Sallygap) onto Stocking Lane. Its a slightly blind corner so drive with care. Go to Step 5 4. Coming from Dublin City Centre
Note: Apart from the need to bear right at Harold's Cross Park, this approach is straight almost all the way, until you reach the top of Ballyroan Road Leave City Centre via Clanbrassil Street Cross the Grand Canal at Harold's Cross Bridge Continue straight ahead, through pedestrian lights At the traffic lights at Harold's Cross Park, bear right, leaving the Park on your left Pass Mount Argus on right At next traffic lights (junction with Sundrive Road), keep straight on At traffic lights at Kimmage Cross Roads (KCR), keep straight on At traffic lights on Wainsfort Road (petrol station on right), keep straight on. At roundabout, take second exit (i.e. keep straight on) At traffic lights at Templeogue Bridge (junction with N81 / Tallaght Bypass), keep straight on At next traffic lights (Blue Haven Public House on left), keep straight on, entering Ballyroan Road Pass through two sets of pedestrian lights on Ballyroan Road At traffic lights at top of Ballyroan Road, turn right onto Ballyboden Road Pass Buglers Public House on left 
At roundabout (junction with Taylor's Lane), take second exit onto Edmondstown Road (i.e. keep straight on)
In 200 metres, take first right turn onto Scholarstown Road.
In 200 metres (at traffic lights), turn left (signposted Quaker House, Bloomfield, DSPCA, Glencree, Sallygap) onto Stocking Lane Go to Step 5 5. Coming up Stocking Lane
Through pedestrian lights on Stocking Lane
Immediately after the pedestrian lights, turn left into housing estate. Welcome to the most beautiful housing estate on the southside of Dublin...."Prospect Manor" Have a Safe Journey...
